The attached HIPAA notification was required to be posted to practice websites by Sept 23. Click on the attached Link and replace the logo and replacing red text with specific practice information.
Follow up by sending the document to the practice webmaster to post on the practice website.
Typically a link at the bottom (footer of the site) to a pdf meets the criteria. It can go on every page but it is required to be on the home page.
